According to the design, the building has 4 floors that are constructed in a pyramid shape, where the top floor has a restaurant "CITY restaurant & lounge" with a summer terrace and panoramic view of the city along with a billiard club "Dostar" and 2 VIP rooms with a total capacity of 300 people. The ground floor of the shopping mall has a food court "PiPaSa" and a clothing store "KOTON". Jewelry stores such as "Алтын тас" and "Сапфир", organic cosmetics store "Fresh Line", "Планета Красоты" and "KOTON" shops are located on the first floor.    
• Well-developed infrastructure and prime location. Close to popular recreation areas like Vodno-Zeleny Boulevard and First President Park, large apartment buildings, bank head offices and World Class Fitness Center.
• High pedestrian traffic. There are plans to widen the streets leading to the center, doubling the flow of potential customers.
