DASTAN Group of Companies is building the new class A CITY Shopping Center. The center is located on Abulkhair Khan Avenue in the fast growing administrative and cultural heart of Aktobe. Representatives of more than 40 retail chains have expressed interest in opening stores there.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2014, and will have a total area of more than 5,000 sq. m. DASTAN Group is committed to developing the city’s services and hopes that the project will become a favorite place for city residents to spend some leisure time.

Characteristics of the project:

·         Contemporary design. The Turkish company EROZU Architects designed the building.  According to the design, the building will have 4 floors, forming a stepped pyramid based on the architects’ concept. The top floor will have a restaurant with a summer terrace and panoramic view, with seating for nearly 300 guests. A coffee shop with a terrace will occupy the first floor.

·         Well-developed infrastructure and prime location. Close to popular recreation areas like Vodno-Zeleny Boulevard and First President Park, large apartment buildings and bank head offices; a new apartment building and World Class Fitness Center are under construction. 

·         Restaurant facilities. A coffee shop, a summer terrace overlooking the city and a 300-seat restaurant.

·         High pedestrian traffic.

·         Central air conditioning and ventilation system.

·         Video surveillance, fire safety and fire suppression systems.

·         Modern elevators and escalators.

·         Parking for 100 cars.
